Although experience in the HealthTech sector is an advantage, it is not strictly required. What we value most is your technical skills and potential. What matters is your willingness to learn and understand the specifics of this field, in which data security and regulations are paramount.
We can cooperate on the basis of a B2B contract or an employment contract. If you are a student, we can also offer a contract of mandate.
Direct communication is in our DNA, regardless of our role in the company. We uphold this principle from the moment of first contact throughout the entire recruitment process and, of course, during our collaboration.
We value your time. We aim to provide feedback within two weeks at each stage, regardless of the decision made. However, we also want to ensure that the recruitment process does not take too long, and sometimes this only takes a few days.
Before the interview, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our website and carefully read the job posting you are applying for. We will definitely ask you about these things in the context of your experience. Be prepared to talk about your previous projects and challenges.
It's always worth trying, we'd be happy to review your application! If you meet most of the requirements and are eager to learn, please apply. You may have a unique skill set that could add value to our team.
We use Slack for everyday communication and Google Meet for meetings and video conferences. Our entire project workflow is based on Jira and Confluence.
Once you have accepted our offer, we will ask you to provide your contact details and some other information. You will then receive all the information you need for your first day, including directions to the office and a welcome guide prepared especially for new employees. This guide contains all the most important information to help you prepare for your first day at work. During your first week, you will attend various onboarding meetings, including ones with HR, Payroll and the Staff Specialist, your Buddy, your Manager and the IT Manager (if you are technical staff). You will be given time to familiarise yourself with materials related to our organisation, its tools, and the project you will be joining.
