Role Overview:

Join us in building exceptional tech teams at Momentum! With our focus on digital health solutions, we're seeking an experienced recruiter to drive our IT recruitment processes and contribute to our team's growth. Your expertise in IT recruitment will help us connect exceptional tech talent with meaningful projects that make healthcare more accessible.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment
• Strong track record of successful technical hires
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of the IT job market and technical roles
• Experience in managing full recruitment cycles
• Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and ATS systems
• Advanced English (C1)
• Fluent Polish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• Experience in developing employer branding strategies
• Network of IT professionals
• Experience in creating recruitment KPIs and metrics

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
• Leading candidate assessment and selection processes
• Negotiating job offers
• Managing recruitment projects independently
• Overseeing candidate onboarding process
• Maintaining recruitment metrics and preparing reports
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives
• Optimizing recruitment processes and procedures
