Lance Watson is an accomplished Olympic gold medal-winning coach and one of only four IRONMAN Master Coaches.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Lance has coached at numerous world championships and major games, including the past four Olympic Games. In recognition of his coaching excellence, Lance was inducted into the Triathlon Hall of Fame in 2015.
Academically, Lance holds a degree in Human Kinetics with a minor in Sport Psychology. He is an NCCP Level IV certified master triathlon coach and a NCCP Level III distance running coach.
Lance specializes in coaching athletes of all abilities who have busy life schedules but are seeking to maximize the benefits of their available training time. His expertise lies in helping athletes achieve their full potential despite the constraints of their demanding lifestyles.
