Role overview:

Do you want to co-create digital healthcare solutions that make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a person who is not afraid of challenges, wants to take responsibility for project implementation and at the same time grow with our team. We are currently looking for a IT Business Analyst with experience in building products and willingness to support the sales department with customer consultations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product lifecycle management (HealthTech industry preferred);
• Knowledge of product discovery processes and experience in preparing and implementing digital product strategies;
• Experience in collaborating with sales (creating offers, pricing, consulting with customers);
• Knowledge of business analysis methods (e.g. process modeling, benchmarking);
• Knowledge of English and Polish at C1 level (must have);
• Proactivity, highly developed communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI, ML, and regulations in the healthcare industry

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive support in building high-quality HealthTech solutions;
• Managing the product lifecycle from **discovery** stage to implementation;
• Supporting the sales department during consultations with potential customers (gathering requirements, analysis, creating quotes, preparing proposals);
• Conducting workshops with customers and defining product vision and strategy;
• Mapping business and functional requirements and recommending solutions,
• Managing requirements during the project lifecycle;
• Supporting or independently leading the product delivery phase;
• Monitor HealthTech industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies (e.g. AI).
