Role overview:

Are you passionate about driving digital healthcare innovation through strategic consulting and sales support? Do you enjoy working closely with customers, identifying their needs, and helping shape product visions?

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Sales & Discovery Consultant) who will play a crucial role in the sales and discovery processes, helping potential clients define their needs and translating them into viable digital solutions. In this role, you will not be responsible for backlog management or development coordination but instead focus on supporting sales team, preparing project estimates and conducting discovery workshops.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis, software consultancy, or product strategy (HealthTech industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of product discovery processes and experience in preparing and implementing digital product strategies;
  • Knowledge of business analysis methods (e.g. process modeling, benchmarking);
  • Experience in collaborating with sales team (creating offers, pricing, consulting with customers);
  • Proactivity, highly developed communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and IT project estimation.
  • Knowledge of English and Polish at C1 level (must have);
  • Knowledge of AI, ML, and regulations in the healthcare industry, will be a big advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team during consultations with potential customers by gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and preparing quotes and proposals.
  • Engage with potential clients during the pre-sales process, collecting high-level requirements, analyzing business needs, and helping craft winning proposals and offers.
  • Conduct strategic workshops with clients to understand their challenges, define the product vision, and propose innovative digital solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities by advising on optimal digital product strategies, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Map business and functional requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, pricing models, and project scopes aligned with client requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, shaping early-stage product concepts and roadmaps.
  • Monitor HealthTech industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI) to stay ahead of market innovations.
